Kitchen Mgr/ Chef position available for very busy successful established restaurant in a historic downtown in Southern Vermont. Must be able to lead and train others. Will be responsible to oversee inventories, manage ordering, control costs and manage all aspects of a busy kitchen. Experience with off premise catering is desirable. Experience and creativity working with seafood a plus. Great area to live and work for the outdoor enthusiast!
