We are a busy, locally owned restaurant looking for experienced servers, bartenders, and dishwashers. Full and part time positions are available. We offer a flexible schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Located within 15 minutes of Waterbury, Waitsfield, Montpelier, and Barre.
Preferred candidates will have service industry experience, excellent customer service skills, punctuality, reliability, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment.
We have a small and tight knit staff. You can expect to make 150-400 per day right now as a server, depending on the length of the shift. We schedule servers to make money even in the slow seasons. Ideally candidates are looking to stick around, in the summer months our business increases substantially and the financial potential becomes even greater.
BOH shifts are hourly, pay rate is based on experience. Give us a call! Ask to talk to Emily.
