Lead Line/Prep Cook, 4-day week, $60k salary, PTO

The Gryphon Bistro is looking for an experienced Lead Line/Prep Cook. Job summary and desired traits:

Schedule will be Mon-Wed and Sunday brunch (Thurs-Sat and Sunday nights off)

Position is salaried, $60,000 annually, bi-weekly pay on Friday, with a goal for regular vacations, the goal is quality of work AND quality of life.

Must be kind, thoughtful, a good communicator, and calm under pressure

We are looking for an experienced and results driven professional with a healthy personal life. This is a kitchen job with 4-nights off a week, including the entire weekend after brunch service.
