We are looking to hire a capable server to help assist the General Manager with service related flow. This person will work closely with the GM to ensure service is smooth by helping ensure tables are reset, utensils refilled, glassware cleaned and polished and tables are sat in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal person will be able to serve tables while watching coworkers and redirecting them or coaching them to manage the flow of service. This restaurant has a casual vibe to it and a supportive, cooperative team willing to help everyone in the restaurant succeed. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to customers
Ensure daily opening, closing and mid-shift duties are completed daily
Provide support to servers, hosts, bartenders and food runners
Bring up issues to the GM if necessary
Mentor and train new staff members
Coordinate cooperation between front and back of house
Solve issues with customers and coworkers
