A bustling restaurant in the Burlington area is seeking a skilled and dedicated PM Kitchen Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all kitchen operations during evening shifts.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
Must have a verifiable good work history and professional references.
Schedule and Compensation:
Shift: 10-11 hours per day.
4 Days: Either Wednesday - Saturday or Thursday - Sunday.
Pay: $27 - $33 per hour, commensurate with experience.
