Join our team in making delicious sandwiches to order, prep and prepare grab and go offerings, and chef-driven take home meals. The job consists of a mix of working the sandwich counter, taking orders, assembling sandwiches, and helping in prep duties. Weekends are a must. Daytime hours.
Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients for menu items
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Store food properly and safely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs or kitchen managers
