The Blue Paddle Bistro, affectionately called The Paddle, is an award-winning restaurant located in the beautiful Champlain Islands of Vermont! Founded in 2005, The Paddle recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary and is truly owner-operated by Chef Phoebe Bright and Mandy Hotchkiss. We are seeking a handful of folks to join our Paddle Crew as servers. Experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Please be kind, hardworking, neat, enjoy working with people and appreciate delicious, unpretentious cuisine.
Flexible scheduling. Our typical evening shift starts at 3:45 pm and ends between 9:30-10:00 pm. That's right - no late nights! The drive to South Hero is an easy 18-minute one from the Burlington area.
