Sous Chef

Bistro de Margot is seeking a Sous-Chef to join its Team.

The Candidate will:

- have strong work ethics,

- good and solid foundations in cooking,

- be dependable

- have good communication skills

The duties will include, but not limited to:

- Training, new Back of the House

- Maintaining sanitation practices in places

- Providing support for Chef Owner in managing BOH daily operations

- Participating in menu development

-Work lunch (on occasion and dinner services

- Inventories

- Purchasing

- Off-site catering events as needed

This position can be hourly or salaried depending on experience.

Bistro de Margot is open Tuesday through Saturday with some occasional Sunday and Monday (New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Solar eclipse).

We offer a 401K with Company match (100% of first 1 % contributed, and 50% of following 5% contributed).
