Taco Gordo is looking to add a line cook to the team!
About the position:
Line cooks are responsible for setting up the line for and executing service, and then deep-cleaning and breaking down the line and kitchen at the end of the night. Hours are 1-9ish or 3-11ish. Pay is extremely competitive, and is $28/hr+ after tips depending on experience. Health Insurance is offered to full-time staff.
The ideal candidate is timely, organized, works clean, and thrives as part of a team environment.

We are a bar and taqueria in the Old North End of Burlington. We're a tight-knit crew but not cliquey. We execute a small but intentional menu at a high volume. We're a ONE Fair Wage establishment, so tips are shared with the Front and Back of House.
