We are seeking a driven, capable and friendly team member for our front desk. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and be an open-minded, flexible team player. We have state of the art facilities using the latest technology as well as a highly trained and capable staff (clinical and administrative) to help ensure we provide the best quality of care for patients. Our office is very busy and growing with 2 full time doctors.

Responsibilities & Duties
Personal interaction with patients via face to face, phone and web.
Re-appointments for hygiene and treatment patients
Answering phones in a pleasant can-do attitude
Handling billing/insurance inquiries from current and potential patients
Qualifications & Skills
2 years of front desk experience
Previous experience in a dental setting preferred
Previous experience with Dentrix preferred
Above average computer skills
