We are seeking a licensed Insurance Agent with Medicare experience to join our team. Although Medicare experience is highly desired, it is not a mandatory requirement. This position offers a unique opportunity to either work on a salary and commission basis or choose to build your own business with our proven system, retaining 50-60% of the upfront year-one commission and all residuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Licenses: Must be licensed in Life and Health Insurance and ready to sell.

Medicare Plan Enrollment:

Assist members in understanding and navigating the Medicare plan enrollment process.

Provide information on available plans and coverage options, helping members make informed decisions.

Knowledge of special needs plans is advantageous.

Disability Approval Process: Possess a general understanding of the Social Security Disability approval process, offering assistance and expertise to review awards and advise on the start of Medicare eligibility.

Membership Communication: Engage with members via phone calls, emails, texts, live chats, and social media. Educate members on the benefits of their free membership and guide them through the disability approval process.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a small team, contributing to approval-focused activities and Medicare enrollment assistance.

Adapt to fluctuations in business needs, contributing to the team's overall success.

Bonus Responsibilities:

Social Media Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote The Disability Digest's message across various social media platforms.

Create engaging content, participate in discussions, and interact with the community to enhance brand visibility and introduce additional products such as final expense, hospital indemnity, and life insurance.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Understanding of the Social Security Disability Benefits process and Medicare plans.

Experience in promoting messages on social media platforms.

Demonstrated empathy and compassion for individuals navigating complex processes.

Working Hours:

Flexible, generally Monday to Thursday, with minimal to no work on Fridays.
