Part-Time opening at Family Physical Therapy
Come join our friendly team at Family Physical Therapy, in Waterbury, Vermont. We are a community-based, outpatient physical therapy clinic seeking an outgoing, personable, motivated, and competent physical therapist to joint our team. The caseload is made up of patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including, sports injuries, MVA and post-surgical rehabillitation. Our clinic specializes in Postural Restoration, Manual Therapy and exercise prescription. Our staff at Family Physical Therapy are experienced, fun, and truly enjoy working as a team.
Position Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an active and vibrant community. We treat patients of all ages and activity levels. This position works as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with other health care professionals and caregivers to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications:
A Degree in Physical therapy from an accredited program.
Current licensure in the state of Vermont.
Preference given to therapists with a background in Postural Restoration (PRI), though mentoring is available.

Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home care strategies.
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
