Converse Home is an Assisted Living Community located in downtown Burlington. Established in 1886 as a private, non-profit organization, we are well known for our warm, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere. Our mission has remained steadfast throughout the years… to provide older persons with a gracious home along with high-quality services. Long-term care is one of the fast-growing industries in Vermont and the world. We are currently seeking full-time RCAs in our Memory Care and Traditional Communities.
Some shifts available:
40 hours a week 2:30-11 pm including every other weekend in our Memory Care and our Traditional community.
40 hours a week 6:30 am- 3 pm including every other weekend in our Traditional Care and Memory Care Community.
New care staff does on-site training with our Nurse Educator to ensure you feel confident in your new skills. If you are a seasoned caregiver or want to become a caregiver we would love to hear from you.
