Position Overview:

As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will work alongside experienced carpenters and construction professionals to learn and develop skills in carpentry, woodworking, and general construction practices. This hands-on apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist experienced carpenters with various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work.

Learn and apply proper techniques for using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Participate in the preparation and cleanup of worksites, ensuring they are organized and free of hazards.

Follow instructions from lead carpenters and supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Attend training sessions and educational programs to enhance carpentry skills and knowledge.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in carpentry and construction trades.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
