Shearer Volkswagen is seeking to add an energetic Service Porter to its fast paced Service Department. The individual who fills this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keeps customer vehicle parking area neat and orderly, moving cars as needed for service advisers and customers.
- Washes all service customer vehicles.
- Helps clean parking areas and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane and parking lot as needed.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Service Area operations is preferred
- Ability to drive various vehicle types
