Position: Property Maintenance Worker
Hours: 15-25 hours per week (Flexible schedule)
Location: Chittenden County
Responsibilities:
- Seasonal Clean-Ups: Assist with summer landscaping, fall leaves removal, winter snow shoveling, and spring clean-up tasks to maintain property aesthetics and safety.
- General Building Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and other upkeep duties to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Cleaning Duties: Conduct general cleaning of common areas, offices, and facilities, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
