Who are we looking for?
Professional and Responsible Workers Who Possess The Following:
- 2+ Years of experience (preferred, not required)
- Wanting to work 8 hours a day
- Able to move ladders
- Knows what wood, needs what paint
- Knows process of painting (clean, scrape, sand, prime paint, etc)
- Has carpentry knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Must have your own form of transportation to drive from and to places
- Atleast 17

- Wanting to be part of a young company with aims to grow exponentially
- A yearning to be part of something long-term
- Seeking to learn skills that will keep you employed forever
- Willing to work your way up within the company
- A desire to be part of something GREAT
- Having zero interest in being average, but all the interest in being the best
- A mind for systems to ensure each project is being done properly and efficiently
- Finds creative ways to speed up production
- Enjoys working with 3+ other people (ages from 17-53)
We are moving from one place to another on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. One week we will be in Woodstock, Vermont, then, Randolph, Vermont, it all depends on where the client lives! If you are okay with commuting on a regular basis, then this is a great fit for you.
