I am in search of a reliable handy man that is skilled in a few areas (construction, landscaping, electrical, welding any of the above). I have multiple properties that I own and work on myself. Looking for someone to work with me, perhaps be willing to teach me along the way things I do not know, and help build, renovate and maintain properties that I rent out (short term/monthly). Applicant must be reliable, own his own tools and have reliable transportation, truck preferred as to me it demonstrates a committed to your craft. Endless possibilities long term. No offense to you blue collar men out there, but this position is for someone working with me and MAGA supporters and I will not get along.
