General house repairs needed. First task is to close up 1 or 2 window openings. Finish or assist with pellet stove install. Fix or replace some sashes. Some electrical work needs to be finished and likely some plaster repair and painting and other similar tasks. Hourly rate $20.00/hr. Usually 4 or 5 hours per day, max 3 days per week. Scheduling is flexible. Please note: If you are a part time instacart shopper, there is absolutely no reason you could not do some of these jobs around my house, as long as you don't mind getting dirty.
