Looking for property maintenance staff and carpenter's helpers for both part time and full time positions. These are seasonal positions with the potential to be year round for the right person(s).
Minimum pay $15.00 per hour. Pay review after 30 and 60 days. Pay rate will be based on experience and performance. Self motivated and hard working individuals will be compensated appropriately.
Paid vacation after 6 months.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to work.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
