Full-time maintenance technician. Ideal Candidate will have knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical & heating. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs. Duties include, but not limited to: painting & cleaning of apartments at turnover, minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs. Must be available for after-hours emergency calls. Valid driver's license & auto insurance required. On call stipend and mileage reimbursement. Must live within 30 minutes from Bennington.
