The Opportunity

Production Associate
Entry-level starting pay is $23.93/hour.
Plus $2.00/hour shift differential pay.
You will receive training for a variety of entry-level positions involving a variety of tasks. Upon satisfactory completion of training, typically lasting 2-4 weeks, the pay rate for these positions ranges from $24.25/hour to $28.02/hour.
We have a 12-hour shift schedule that allows for more days off and a seven day off stretch built into the four-week shift cycle.
Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic
Performs a variety of maintenance and repair activities on production equipment and facility assets. Performs preventive maintenance inspections, assembly and repair of mill equipment, and in-shop rebuilds of rotating assemblies.
Seeking experience in welding, bearing installation, alignment & rigging; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Starting pay $25.60 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with one Saturday out of four scheduled from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

What you need to succeed:
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to work safely.
Ability to work rotating 12 hours shift work on a southern swing rotation.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Possess a solid history of employment. Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
Must be able to frequently bend, lift weights up to 45-50lbs, and stand on your feet for 8 hours or more each day.
