Fecteau Homes is seeking an experienced Site Work Laborer/Equipment Operator with general knowledge of construction and site preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various construction equipment safely and efficiently
Perform site preparation and grading work
Execute general construction labor duties
Assist with manufactured home site preparations
Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
Work collaboratively with our installation teams
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Experience operating construction equipment
Knowledge of site preparation and grading
Strong attention to safety procedures
Reliable transportation
Physical ability to perform labor tasks
