Property Management needed for rental property, year round.
We pay the same day we receive an invoice. $30/hour via your choice (Venmo, bank transfer, etc).
Help with rental property maintenance needed.
Most important: Trash removal between guests (We will pay an extra $3 per bag since these need to be taken from house to dump). We will provide a schedule at least several days in advance (sometimes months in advance), with an average need for 1-2 times per week. On same-day turns, we would need someone to take and dispose the trash bags between 11am and 3:30pm (FIRM, cannot be before or after - you will need to plan in advance). In warm months we keep the bags indoors, in winter we put them in a bin outside (there’s an active bear in the neighborhood).
Very rarely, we may have emergencies that require help right away. For example, if an important appliance breaks down when someone is renting, we may need you to fix or oversee installation of new one within 24 hours.
Handyman work: random things in the house may need a screwdriver or elbow grease here and there.
We are also looking for lawn care - basic mowing and letting us know when gravel needs attention. The property is on a somewhat steep slope, so riding mowers would not be safe.
We’d also like snow blowing/shoveling after storms - driveway, but also entry steps.
If you happen to do hot tub maintenance, we’d be on board for that too.
We are looking for someone who is a quick and reliable communicator (texting/calling). Since this is a rental property, must be able to take pictures of potential damage and send them same day. Proximity to house is a big plus, as we cannot pay for more than negligible transportation costs.
