RIND/Small Batch Organics is growing! We have two positions that we are currently looking to fill.
First, we are looking for a warehouse associate. The primary responsibilities associated with that role would include becoming forklift certified, loading and unloading trucks, organizing the warehouse, and driving our 26ft truck which does not require a CDL. The truck is driven back and forth to our second warehouse in Bennington. You would work directly with the operations manager, food safety manager, and facilities manager.
We have another position that is in the production and packaging space. The production associate would be part of our process of mixing and baking granola and part of the packaging team that runs our product through a commercial packaging machine to case box and palletize it and prepare for shipment. This could also be a role that includes a material handling responsibility where the person would bring ingredients in and out of the kitchen to keep the flow of production and packaging happening at a regular pace. This role would work directly with the production manager, food safety manager, and operations manager.
