Production Test Technician Job Summary
Location: South Burlington, Vermont
We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working production workers for our expanding operation. The positions are located in South Burlington, Vermont. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
Production Test Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
Perform the electrical test while collecting and recording all data.
Determine whether the test data falls within the standard limits.
Complete packaging tasks such as equipment assembly and wiring
Operate hand tools and machinery correctly.
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
Follow all written and verbal instructions.
Attend all safety and production trainings.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
Production Test Technician Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years' experience working in industrial production or in the electrical field is strongly preferred
Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Good communication skills
Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
