DUTIES
Daily responsibilities to start, include but are not limited to:
Assist with the waxing process
Cutting waxed fabric to specified sizes
Maintain an efficient, clean, and safe working environment
Examine product throughout all processes ensuring it complies with established quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Great work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to doing quality work
Flexibility is key
Good interpersonal communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Potential to learn and meet production standards for quality and speed; strong attention to detail
Must possess the ability to adapt and change directions quickly
Requires punctuality and adherence to a set schedule, initially set to 7am to 3:30 pm (M-F)
Capacity to stand for long periods of time
Strength to lift 50 lbs
Must have the ability to bend at the waist to reach 38”-42” across a work surface that is between 38”-42” high for extended periods
