Seeking a part-time direct support staff to assist an individual with weekly living tasks. Substitute shifts and part-time shifts with additional clients are also a possibility.
Provide adult male in Burlington area assistance with transportation to and from places of interest within Chittenden County. Primarily transportation to and from grocery stores, libraries, and restaurants for food pickup. Also requires assistance with trash and recycling removal from his residence out to dumpster. Occasional transportation and accompaniment to recreational activities. Scheduling would be week to week at varying times, based on the needs of this individual and your availability.
The ideal candidate is thoughtful, patient, and considerate, communicative and able to schedule on short notice sometimes, and has a vehicle. Full training and ongoing support provided. Full background checks conducted for this employment.
