Full Time; Union; 1yr Term, Position Continuation Subject to Annual Evaluation; $30-35K

BASIC FUNCTION

The Academic Affairs Coordinator for Partnerships (AACP) provides outreach and liaison functions, help with relationship building/maintenance, administrative support and coordination regarding partnerships in conjunction with the Academic Affairs Office (AAO). The AACP will have responsibilities to work creatively with Goddard staff and faculty as well as with collaborating schools to help design new collaborative partnerships. In addition, they will carry significant responsibilities in information and content management for Academic Program web sites, and administrative support relevant to the work of the AAO.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the process for partnering with organizations and schools, including executing formal affiliation agreements, communicating with partners, as well as with faculty and staff members involved with or appointed to supporting partners, and collaboratively collecting and analyzing partnership data.

Seek and coordinate partner relationships, affiliation agreements (MOUs), and communication with organizations and schools. This will involve some travel.

Screen and recommend potential new partnerships for their alignment to annual strategic enrollment management goals, for increasing partner-source student enrollment, with an emphasis on inclusion of underrepresented groups and communities.

Produce and publish Partnership Reports on the established time table in accordance to the Colleges established style guide for electronic and printed delivery systems.

Coordinate an annual partnership assessment process and/or one timed to a partnerships potential renewal ensuring all appropriate stakeholder input is gathered and analyzed by the appropriate group.

Maintain a calendar of partnerships and monitor for upcoming expiration and/or renewal dates, ensuring that renewal of partnerships is managed in a timely fashion.

Coordinate sun-setting of expired partnerships, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are informed, inter/intranet sites are updated, and the partnership materials are archived. Provide coordination and support to the academic programs for various administrative tasks as assigned.

Develop, manage, and maintain content on the Academic Program intra/internet sites for the Academic Affairs Office, in collaboration with the Student Services and IT departments. This includes, but is not limited to: faculty and partnership profiles, links to external sites, online courses, and program resource materials.

Create and process assessment tools for partnerships in collaboration with the Business Office, Admissions, Records, Student Services, and Development for the AAO. Maintain an electronic repository for archival and retrieval of the data.

Conduct special project work, including research data collection and processing as needed, in response to specific requests by the supervisor, team members, or the Academic Dean.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Occasional travel, weekend, and evening work may be required.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree and three to five years of relevant administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.

Proven ability to work with diverse groups toward process improvements and changes.

Relationship management experience.

Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office software (word processing and spreadsheets, including complex spreadsheets); Google applications; and ability to learn quickly new software programs and applications. Knowledge and/or experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems is a plus.

Ability to create, apply, and coordinate use of office systems.

Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of College personnel, students, as well as individuals and organizations from the greater community.

Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of students, faculty, staff, and greater community.

Demonstrated success in developing partnerships that cultivate social justice and challenge existing forms of structural inequality and oppression.

Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and confidentiality in matters of the College and Academic Affairs.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.

Visual acuity to read numbers and words & hearing ability to communicate in person or over the phone

Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree or equivalent experience in related field;

Experience in development, management, and evaluation of academic partnerships for enrollment growth.
