Personable front desk person to manage customer service desk.
Support other staff as well as: assist with purchasing, billing, service tracking, shipping/receiving and inventory control. Assist sales with bid preparations and sales support.
Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn quoting and tracking software.
Flexible hours, no weekends; 20 hrs /week, make your own schedule.
Office is located in South Burlington, open 9-5 M-F; no weekends.
