Position overview: We are currently seeking a detail oriented and personable Administrative Assistant to support our front office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, customer facing environment.
Primary Responsibilites: Answer phones. Process customer payments and manage accounts receivable. Prepare and make bank deposits. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Hours: May through September approximately 25-28 hours. October through April approximately 30-35 hours.
Requirements: Previous office or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable with basic computer tasks and data entry. Dependable and customer service oriented.
