We are searching for an Assistant to the CEO at our innovative real estate firm (The #REfreedom Realty Group - The parent company of Fusion Property Management). Here we are focused on helping our clients buy, sell and profitably manage investment properties. Our business is growing and we are looking for another talented individual to join our dedicated and amazing team.
This position requires the ability to think on your feet, plan ahead, anticipate problems before they happen and find a solution. You've got to love people, love multi tasking and being super efficient and love using a computer. You should be incredibly organized and efficient and accurate with your work and possess very clear and effective communication skills. The position requires great attention to detail and requires you to have the ability to improve upon our systems and procedures. A quick learner is a must. And someone to can help oversee that items are being completed in a timely manner and in a quality fashion.
The essential functions of this position are to:
>Keep up with an eccentric entrepreneur and keep the day to day running as well as executing new projects/ideas.
>Clearly and effectively communicate our message to the world, via emails, social media and video.
>Assist with event planning and promotion.
>Assist with communication and follow up with phone calls and emails. Including updating CRM system: Active Campaign.
>Assist with personal items as requested: setting doctors appointments, organizing paperwork, paying bills and general follow up.
>Assist on both the property management and sales team as needed.
>Assistance with basic IT as needed.
This position does occasionally require night and weekend work to confirm appointments and possibly attend showings.
Although this position will start part time, there is immense opportunity for growth and the possibility of this turning into a full time real estate career.
