Your Responsibilities

Highgate Apartments is looking for a part-time Leasing Compliance Assistant. The community consists of 120 units and is located in Barre, VT. The work hours are 20 per week, between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, collecting rent payments, preparing accounts receivable reports, assisting with lease violations, processing work orders, and assisting with the annual lease renewal process.

Your Qualifications

Previous administrative and/or leasing experience in property management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
