We are looking for maintenance team members. We are hiring part time employees to accommodate our growing portfolio around southern Vermont and adjacent states.
Starting pay $20 - $25 an hour, depending on experience, with room for personal growth and increased earnings. Somewhat flexible hours depending on needs and availability. Might be great for an active retired person.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
-Can pass a background check (NO theft, NO fraud)
-Experience with basic plumbing, electrical
-Ability to communicate with other team members including sub contractor specialists
-Has basic tools
-Is reliable
