Addie & Grace, founded in 2022, is a women’s boutique located at the Essex Experience. We specialize in styling women for everyday, work, and special occasions with a thoughtfully curated selection of clothing and accessories from designers who inspire us. We bring high quality products with great design to our customers and work with them to find pieces they never knew they needed, but can’t live without.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly Sales Specialists. We are seeking both part-time and full-time team members.
Responsibilities
Deliver an incredible store experience by providing exceptional service
Grow and develop our customer base through one-on-one interactions, personal outreach, and store events
Educate customers on assortment and trends via exceptional product knowledge and in-store styling
Collaborate with peers and leadership to evolve store operations
Assist in inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining visual displays
Requirements
