Addie & Grace is a clothing boutique for women located at the Essex Experience. We offer expert styling services to dress our customers for everyday, office, and special occasions with a thoughtfully curated mix of well-known designers. We have an exciting opportunity for a sales-minded team player to join our team as Boutique Sales Associate.
Responsibilities
Provide high-touch customer service by helping customers select and purchase clothing and accessories
Ability to connect with our customers and build strong, lasting relationships that result in repeat business
Merchandise product and brainstorm creative solutions to display clothing, accessories, and jewelry
Assist with social media planning and execution
Process incoming orders; unpack, steam, and tag product
Help plan and participate in store events
Assist in completing periodic store inventory
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Retail experience, preferably in a boutique environment
A passion for exceptional customer service
A great sense of style
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desktop proficiency with Google and Microsoft products, and point-of-sale systems
