We are seeking a part time, seasonal, Office Operations Assistant to help handle day to day tasks at our Winooski location. The candidate will work with two or three other internal staff members in an office and retail setting. Some of the tasks include: filling wholesale and online orders, helping retail customers, creating and managing invoices and sales materials, updating websites, organizing products and assisting in other needed areas. Flexible schedule. Must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment. Some preferred skills include: flexibility, multi tasking, customer service, attention to details, computer skills.
