This new position offers a hands-on, creative and dynamic opportunity to support our retail and hospitality programs on Gin Lane through direct customer management and engagement on site, and support of our events and tour programs.
As we grow our retail and hospitality operation and build the Barr Hill catalog for retail customers, we need support from an individual who can swing smoothly between managing customers interested in a bar experience and customers interested in a retail experience, as well as the array of tour and event needs that happen regularly to build and support a dynamic distillery tourism experience.
Founded by a beekeeper, Caledonia Spirits was built on a vision to connect cocktail culture to agriculture. We are passionate about the spirits we produce, including Barr Hill Gin, America’s Most Awarded Gin as well as passionate about our bar and cocktail program which is a recent semi-finalist for a James Beard for Outstanding Bar Program. Our work is fueled by the values of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and continuous learning.
At Caledonia Spirits we believe diversity makes us better. For us, it is not just about being an Equal Opportunity Employer, which we are proud to be. It is about inviting different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives to our work; and making conscious efforts to reach out to candidates who can bring different ideas and perspectives to what we do and create together.
So we invite passionate people, committed to excellence, to join our team.
