OverviewOur Retail team is looking for a highly-motivated, engaging, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team on a Full Time or Part Time basis!The Retail Associate is responsible for assisting guests and selling merchandise in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the resort’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service and drive financial profitability. The Retail Sales Associate will ensure all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards are followed. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the merchandising standards, monitoring and restocking of inventory, and upkeeping cleanliness of the resort gift shop throughout the shift.
