POLLI Construction is hiring
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role meeting with clients and ordering materials for our many construction projects. Your responsibilities will include accurately measuring for materials required for projects (windows, doors, flooring, decking, cabinets, etc.) and coordinating with suppliers to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients, measure and calculate quantities of materials needed.
Collaborate with our estimators, scheduler and supervisors.
Source and procure materials from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
Maintain accurate records of material orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with site personnel to ensure on time delivery and storage of materials on-site.
Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry is a must.
Strong knowledge of construction materials & ability to interpret blueprints.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across our different teams.

Competitive Pay: $35/hr to start
