Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to perform Customer Care and Order Processing duties on a full time basis. Competitive starting wage, monthly bonuses and benefits package.

Requirements:
Will happily train the right candidate! 2-3 years prior experience in a Customer Service or Sales setting is preferred, but not required.
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Computer literacy
Professional demeanor
Excellent telephone skills
Basic experience with Microsoft Office programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to confidently communicate with customers and team members
Must be organized, with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Receive and process orders for merchandise
Receive and process requests for customer quotations
Follow up with customers on routine basis
Maintain accurate and up to date client records
Identifying and assisting in the resolution of any customer service or product issues if necessary
Working with AADCO team members to provide superior customer service to product end users
Serve as internal support for team members in field
Assist sales managers and supervisors as needed
Other duties as assigned
