Flooring 360, a locally owned business in Williston, Vermont, is looking for a friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, working with a close-knit team, and want to grow your knowledge in home improvement, this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Do:
Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products based on their needs, style, and budget
Learn and maintain knowledge about a wide range of flooring materials (hardwood, vinyl, carpet, tile, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
What We're Looking For:
A positive, people-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn about flooring products and trends
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Availability to work part-time hours, including some weekends
