Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As a Field Technician, you’ll be on the frontlines of turning high-tech dreams into reality. Your role includes:
Installation & Optimization: Set up home automation systems, networking, audio/visual and more, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and exceeds client expectations.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and accurately, keeping our project timelines on track.
Collaboration Mastery: Work alongside project managers, General Contractors, and interior designers to make sure every installation is a work of art.
Client Whispering: Teach clients how to use their new tech without resorting to tech jargon. Smiles guaranteed.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
We’re looking for someone who combines tech skills, a love for solving puzzles, and the ability to connect with clients. Here’s what gets us excited:
Tech Know-How: Experience with networking, home automation (Lutron, Crestron, Savant), or AV systems is a huge plus—but if you’re a more “eager learner” than “seasoned pro,” we’ve got your back.

Communication: You can explain complex systems in a way that makes sense to clients, even if their tech knowledge ends at “how to restart Netflix.”
