Service Manager
Overview:
We’re on the hunt for an inspiring leader to take charge of our service department. The perfect candidate combines strong leadership skills, a knack for technical problem-solving, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and client communications to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Technical Oversight: Work with advanced home automation systems like Lutron, Crestron, and Savant, as well as networking and AV technologies. Don’t know these yet? No problem—bring your passion for tech, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know to become an expert.
Process Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance service operations and client satisfaction.
Billing Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our finance team to guarantee accurate and timely billing for completed projects. While you won’t be sending invoices yourself, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything adds up perfectly.
Qualifications:
Organizational Superpowers: Scheduling and multitasking are your bread and butter, and you thrive in keeping the chaos under control.
Customer Service Savvy: You know how to juggle client needs with grace (and maybe a little humor), building trust along the way.
Problem-Solving Genius: A system glitch isn’t a disaster—it’s your time to shine.
Proven Leadership: You’ve led teams, preferably in tech, AV, or construction, and know how to inspire greatness without resorting to yelling.
Tech Know-How: You’re fluent in home automation systems (Lutron, Crestron, Savant), networking, and AV tech. If the words 'LAN setup' make your heart flutter, we like you already.
What You’ll Get:
Competitive Pay: We pay you what you’re worth—no gimmicks, no fine print.
Paid Time Off: Start with two weeks of vacation, six holidays, and five personal days. More to come as you grow with us.
Health Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with a company-funded HRA so you can stop worrying about medical bills and focus on doing what you love.
Retirement Plan: A 401(k) with a 3% company contribution (no matching necessary—just because we’re cool like that).
Professional Growth: Advanced training, certifications, and opportunities to flex your skills.
Employee Ownership: As an employee-owned company, your contributions literally shape our future – and your paycheck.
