Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and dedicated Painter to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of commercial and residential painting. We are looking for a reliable, self-starter, who takes pride in their work.
Pay Based on Experience: $18-25/hr
Includes Benefits: Vacation, Holidays and Sick Time.

$1000 Sign on Bonus (to be paid after 6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces for paint; scraping, sanding, caulking and light patchwork.
-Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces.
-Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
-Keep areas clean and covered.
-Maintain brushes, rollers, and tools.
-Ensure a quality high-end finish with attention to detail.
-Follow project safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a residential and/or commercial painter
-Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools.
-Valid Driver's License: Vehicle a Plus, but not necessary
-Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
-Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, climbing, and lifting
-Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
