Drive a pay loader
Drive a skidsteer
Technology exposure. We use TMR tracker so some familiarity with a computer.
Work Ethic (I can teach everything on this list but work ethic. If you don't have it you ain't gonna get it)
Compensation:
Hourly rate $15 with housing(includes everything) or 17hour without housing
Week Vacation time after 6 months
5 sick days a year after 3 months
We give annual raises
Job description:
This job is a farm job! You should expect to have to work hard and be exposed to the outdoors. Your hands will get dirty at times Cows depend on you so please take it seriously. The job takes approximately 60 hours a week sometimes it may be more. The job is 6 days a week with Sunday's off. Starting time is 430 a.m. until chores are completed.
