I’m looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to help with various tasks at one of my properties. This is an as-needed position, perfect for someone who’s looking for flexible work. Minimum of $50 per job, even for smaller tasks. Job pays $40/hr.
Tasks Include:
- Installing blinds
- Changing door locks
- Interior painting
- Cleaning
- handling lock boxes
- Providing access to the property for specialty vendors
Bonus Skills. If you’re comfortable with basic plumbing, I’d also love help with:
- Sink/faucet repairs or installations
- Showerhead replacements
- Clearing clogged pipes
If you’re not comfortable with some of these tasks, that’s okay! I’m happy to work with someone who has the right attitude and is dependable.
