Dalton Construction is seeking motivated and reliable carpenters of all levels to join our team. We are based out of Waterbury and do residential and commercial projects in Vermont and New Hampshire. Typical Pay ranges are as follows depending on experience
Lead carpenters ($30-$35+) - Can read plans, keep a safe work area and execute work in an organized and efficient manner.
Carpenters ($25-$30) - Have basic tools and a few years in the trades under your belt.
Carpenters Helpers ($19-$25) - Have some experience but are interested in learning more. Have a can-do attitude and a reliable work ethic
