FENCE INSTALLER
Mansfield Fence is a small residential fence company looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to help this season. We install mainly chain link, vinyl, and aluminum fences, with a focus on quality and customer service. We offer competitive wages and on-the-job training.
Monday-Thursday, 10 hour days. Seasonal position available immediately.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Review details of each job with supervisor
- Work efficiently and professionally on jobsites
- Load and secure material and equipment for transportation to jobsite
- Drive installation truck to jobsite
- Keep truck and tools organized, clean and well maintained
- Dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, carry materials between truck and jobsite
- Maintain safe and clean jobsite
- Use hand tools, power tools, mini track loader, and other equipment as necessary
- Perform work with a high degree of integrity, efficiency and motivation
Qualifications and Skills
- Lift up to 100 lbs. above knees; 30 lbs. above head
- Work standing, kneeling, bending at knees for several hours
- Walk over 2 miles each day; push a 200 lbs. wheelbarrow at least 100 feet
- Have a valid Vermont driver license
- Be able to use measuring devices and do basic math
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCY, starting at $20/hour
