Organic vegetable farm in Orwell, on Lake Champlain, is seeking lead growers to manage and assist in the end of Summer, beginning of fall growing and transition to winter greens. Positions (8 to 12 weeks) are diverse including planting, growing, harvest, packing and delivery of summer and year around greenhouse crops. This is fun, sociable, "outdoor" work. Prior experience is preferred but the farm crew is trained in the methods of our farm. We offer competitive pay and a year around work position may be possible as well as seasonal housing.
